Pulseaudio Profile Sets

OKAY .. found documentation on writing pulseaudio profile sets:

Want to do this for USB X32 and XR18 hardware.

I expect to be writing a UDEV rule and placing it somewhere (not sure where) and some configuration file someplace (not sure of location)...
